Bullseye Tournament Results
The first KayakTournaments Bullseye Tournament is in the books. We had anglers from all over the country competing in this unconventional tournament, in which you try to reach a set number of inches instead of having the biggest bag. There were multiple anglers that hit the bullseye, so we defaulted to Big Fish to break the tie.
Forrest Short ended up with 5 fish for the 72.25 target and won the tiebreaker with a respectable, 21.75 inch largemouth. Forrest will receive his first place prize of $210
Wesley Smallwood landed himself in 2nd place with a 20.5 inch smallmouth. It not only won him money but it’s also his personal best. Congrats Wes! Buy yourself something nice with your $125 winnings.
Jody Queen just won the Kayak Bass Fishing West Virginia Open, a few weeks back, and finished strong here, in 3rd place, and a 20.25 inch smallmouth. That smallmouth was worth $85.
And finally, we have Thomas (Brad) Case. If you know who Brad Case is you know he catches some monster bass. His 24 inch largemouth was by far the biggest fish, and since he did opt in for the big fish pot, he will take home $70
Thank you all again for entering the first Bullseye event, and I assure you we will be holding another tournament like this in the future. Please follow KayakTournaments.com on Facebook for some information on future tournaments.
